Most recently CEO of PPGL, part of the Pepkor Group which operates over 332 stores across its Australasia retail portfolio – including Harris Scarfe, Debenham and Best & Less, Henry’s former previous experience also includes COO for one of Australia’s largest specialty fashion retailers, Witchery Group.

Accumulating over 20 years of senior management experience overseeing key areas including business strategy, retail operations, merchandise management, and marketing & branding.

With specialist experience in managing large-scale, multi-brand retail store networks – Henry has worked across many segments including apparel, kitchenware, and luggage. Additionally, he has been involved with complex mergers and acquisitions, and successfully led a turnaround acquisition back into profitability.

Livia Wang

CEO of Access Corporate Group (Access) Australia and New Zealand, Livia oversees the strategic direction of the Sydney-based brand management company. With extensive knowledge on retail shopping trends and consumer demands, both nationally and internationally, Wang knows the business of businesses. Her extensive knowledge of brands and trends inspired her to co-found Access in 2017.

Today, the innovative brand management group has offices located in Sydney, Melbourne and Hangzhou, China, and more than 600 employees.

Under Wang’s leadership, Access manages more than 20 brands and is committed to building a direct bridge for communication between quality brands and consumer’s around the world. Wang’s reputation for establishing and representing Australian brands on an international scale has earned her the highly acclaimed title of “Brand Queen” within Australia.

An original lover of Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, the brand was her first beauty acquisition. Wang believes in the quality, history and future evolution of the Australian born brand and together with KUBA Investments business partner, Henry Lee looks forward to developing, expanding and evolving the future of Australia’s most colourful cosmetics brand.
