We’re here to ensure you look good, feel great, and most importantly, keep you safe. We’re navigating each challenge presented by the continuously changing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic together. With the situation evolving daily, we’ve detailed some important changes to our in-store and online experiences below.

IN-STORE

Our experienced Makeup Artists are ready to help you and share their wealth of knowledge; from the best products and shades to suit your needs, as well as artistry tips and tricks on how to best apply your products at home. We continue to take additional precautions to ensure our store environment remains clean, sanitised and safe. Along with adhering to social distancing measures:

  • We have adapted the way in which product testers are experienced. All existing testers have recently been replaced and interacting with product testers now requires the use of disposable applicators which will be provided to you by our friendly staff. We encourage you to ask our Artists for assistance. Product testers are cleaned multiple times per day.
  • All surfaces in our stores are disinfected multiple times per day.
  • Our staff are following regular hand washing and sanitation guidelines, including sanitising before and after interacting with each customer, in line with government health recommendations.
  • Hand sanitiser is available for all customers to utilise in-store, and you may be asked by staff to do so when entering our stores.
  • We are supporting our staff to manage their own health and ensuring they stay home if feeling unwell for any reason.
  • According to State Government requirements, you may see some of our staff wearing face masks. You may request our Makeup Artists wear a face mask during your time in-store, and should you choose so, we will be more than happy to oblige.
  • In addition to social distancing and hygiene practices, we have implemented temperature checks within all stores for our makeover customers. Temperature checks will be carried out by staff using a non-contact forehead thermometer.
  • We will ask all customers who visit a Napoleon Perdis Store to sign in using the government QR Code.

      MAKEOVER SERVICES

      Napoleon Perdis is committed to maintaining a safe environment for our employees and customers. As a business, we are required to follow the advice from Government Health Officials in order to trade safely during this time.

      In order to offer makeover services, in addition to the precautions listed above, we will be conducting health assessments at the time of booking, during booking confirmations, and at the time of your makeover service. If you’re feeling unwell, we ask you to please stay home and we’ll happily reschedule your booking. Our staff have been trained to take additional measures during your makeover to limit physical contact and keep all tools clean and sanitised. This includes the use of mixing palettes, hand guards and sanitising makeup brushes and all other tools in between each use.

      • Customers from 11.10.21 until 30.11.21 must check in and out using the QR code which will now include vaccine status, this is to be sighted by one of our Retail Makeup Experts upon entry to our store.
      • A manual check in sheet will also be available for customers without an electronic option, however should this be the case, vaccine proof of an alternative nature is required. E.g. A printed certificate.
      • Our contactless Click & Collect option is available for all customers regardless of vaccination status. Please contact your local store here for more details.
      • As a condition of reopening our stores, Napoleon Perdis Staff are required to adhere to the Public Health Orders set by the NSW Government.

      We remain open for business online 24/7 and our Makeup Artists are ready to assist you with product and shade selection via Live Chat and Virtual Consultations. 

      DELIVERY
      We are continuing to fulfill and deliver orders, with our warehouse and delivery suppliers following strict hygiene protocols.
