When Should I Receive My Order?
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders delivered within Australia that come to a total of $50 or more are eligible for free shipping. Orders delivered within Australia which do not qualify for free shipping will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

Applicable to orders placed within Australia only.
Orders within New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania should expect a 5-7 business day turnaround from order confirmation to delivery. Please allow 6-8 business days for all orders to South Australia and 8-10 business days to Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders should expect a 6-27 business day turnaround, from order confirmation to delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse or prepared at a store you will receive an email confirming the tracking number and transport service so that you can track your parcel online.
Do Any Products I Order Affect The Delivery Time?
Yes, certain items that are considered hazardous materials may affect the delivery time of your order. These include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurised spray cans, brush cleaner, nail polish, etc.) These items are required by law to be shipped by road-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
