This magical makeup sealer turns eyeshadows into liquids for intensified payoff, wear time and water-resistance. Decant a powder formula onto a mixing palette then mix in 1-2 drops of sealer to create a liquid liner or shadow.

This sealer works well with loose eyeshadows, however, it can also be used with pressed shadows by using a spatula to scrape a small amount of shadow onto a palette (avoid dropping the sealer directly onto an eyeshadow). Place 1-2 drops of sealer onto a palette and use a brush to mix in eyeshadow. 

Mix to the consistency of a paste for controlled application.
