Prize(s)	The Prize is a one year subscription to Your Golden Ritual, inclusive of four Napoleon Perdis product boxes, running from 4 August 2026 until 17 August 2026, made up of Napoleon Perdis products valued at $2,000 RRP per box.
Relevant Territories	All Australian States and Territories.
Entrants	Entry is open to residents of the Relevant Territories aged 18 years or over (Entrants). Directors, officers, management, employees and other staff, and their immediate families, of the Promoter or associated retailers, suppliers or companies are ineligible to enter.
Entry Procedure	Entrants are automatically entered only once, the first time they purchase a month's subscription to Golden Ritual online at napoleonperdis.com.
Maximum Number of Entries	Limit of one entry per person.

Notification of Winners	Winner will be notified via email and phone no later than 2 business days from the draw date.
Redemption Date	The winner's first quarterly box will be refunded, and the following 3 boxes will be provided free of charge, totalling 4 seasonal boxes. A separate redemption date does not apply, as the winner must purchase a box to enter and that order will be reimbursed.
Unclaimed Prize Redraw	Not applicable due to prize function.
Notification of Unclaimed Prize Redraw Winners	Not applicable due to prize function. Winner has their order reimbursed and shipped as per their order.

Terms and Conditions

1. Entry Mechanics

The Key Terms and these terms and conditions together form the rules for participation in the Promotion. By participating, the entrant accepts these Terms.

To enter, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Entry Period.

Entrants may enter up to the Maximum Number of Entries.

Entries are deemed received when received by the Promoter, not when sent by the entrant.

Automated entries or repeated entries using software are not permitted and will be invalid.

Incomplete, ineligible or non-compliant entries may be disqualified. The Promoter may verify identity, age and place of residence at any time.

If there is a dispute about the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be taken to have been submitted by the authorised account holder of the email address used for entry.

2. Prize Draw

The winner will be determined in accordance with the Draw Details and notified as set out in the Key Terms.

The winner's last name, first initial and postcode may be published on the Promoter's website within 30 days of the draw for 28 days. By entering, entrants consent to this publication and to reasonable promotional use of their name and likeness.

Entrants are responsible for all costs associated with entering, claiming and using the prize unless otherwise stated.

Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning and will not be individually judged unless otherwise specified.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

If a winning entry is invalid, the Promoter may redraw or select another winner.

3. Prizes

The prize is specified in the Key Terms and is not transferrable and not redeemable for cash, unless otherwise stated.

If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any regulatory directions.

The Promoter or prize supplier may refuse participation in any aspect of the prize if they reasonably believe the winner or any companion presents a safety risk, or may cancel a component if conditions are dangerous.

4. Claiming Prizes

The prize must be claimed in accordance with any claim instructions in the Key Terms or it may be forfeited.

If any prize remains unclaimed, a redraw may take place in accordance with the Key Terms and any regulatory directions.

The Promoter will deliver the prize within 28 days of the winner confirming delivery details, for delivery within Australia only.

5. General

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot run as planned, subject to applicable laws.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the Promotion.

All references to currency are in Australian dollars.

Disputes must first be raised with the Promoter and, if unresolved, may be referred to mediation with costs shared equally.

The Promoter is not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control.

If the Promotion involves submitted content, entrants confirm the content is original, lawful, non-infringing and appropriately consented, and grant the Promoter broad rights to use that content for promotional purposes without compensation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Relevant Territory where the entrant was located when entering.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the Promotion and will handle it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform, and entrants release those platforms from claims connected with the Promotion.
