The Golden Ritual Subscription is a quarterly service delivering four seasonally curated beauty boxes per year, each designed around a complete routine with both replenishment and new discovery products.

What will I receive in each box?

Each box includes a mix of skincare, makeup, lip, eye, and beauty tools, with key items such as foundation and lipstick personalised using your shade profile and preferences quiz.

How does pricing and billing work?

You can choose a quarterly plan billed at $x per quarter or an annual plan billed at $740 upfront for four boxes at a discounted rate, with charges processed in advance of each shipment cycle.

Can I personalise or change my preferences?

Personalisation applies to selected products only, and you can update your shade and preference details in your account before the cut-off date for each upcoming box.

Does my subscription auto-renew, and how do I manage it?

Yes, your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the cut-off date, and you can pause, cancel, or update details (including shipping and billing) via your account portal.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Due to the curated and personalised nature of the boxes, they are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required under Australian Consumer Law, though faulty or damaged products will be remedied in line with your consumer rights.
