Your special day has arrived with not a makeup woe in sight. Our Beauty Expert will follow your lead and provide a comfortable, unwavering experience to set the mood for the big day ahead. We’re also able to create your bridesmaid and guests' makeup looks, ensuring you’re all camera ready.

What’s next?

Once you have completed the booking form our Concierge will contact you within 24 hours to talk through your requirements. You will then receive an email confirmation for your booking, and we will introduce you to the Beauty Expert who will be providing your service. To assist with providing the ultimate experience, we have Afterpay* available for product purchases and a payment plan for your On the Day Bridal service*. All the minor details are taken care of!

After The Bridal Trial

Our Concierge will be in contact to confirm your On The Day service requirements including bridesmaids and guests, ensuring you’re all camera ready. 
Your Beauty Expert will then also follow up with a courtesy call prior to your wedding day to ensure every detail is covered.

What Does “Redeemable On Product Purchases” Mean When Described As Part Of Your Makeup Services?

All paid Napoleon Perdis makeup services are redeemable on product. The makeup service is complimentary when you purchase products equal to the cost of the service provided. Purchasing products is a requirement of all Napoleon Perdis makeup services.

Does Napoleon Perdis Offer Makeovers?

You can book your appointment online. Click here to book your next appointment now. Or alternatively, please visit our store locator to find your nearest Napoleon Perdis retailer. We recommend to make an appointment in advance as places are limited.

What's your Late Appointment Arrival Policy?

Yes we do! We offer a wide range of in store services and events as well as a variety of workshops and courses. Whether you're stuck in a beauty rut, planning a night out and a new look, or getting ready to walk down the aisle, our range of makeup services will cater to all of your beauty needs. Our in store menu of services outlines all makeover options from a practical, one-on-one lesson to help you master your own makeup application to a quick faux lash application.
*Terms & Conditions
Late arrival policy applies. Please note that although we do try our best, unfortunately we’re unable to always accommodate late appointment arrivals. If you arrive 5 or more minutes late for your Signature Makeover, you will have the option of a Beauty Base-ics or Simplif-Eyed Service. For the Ultimate Glam Makeover, you will have the option of a Signature Makeover Service. This policy ensures adequate time for all customer makeovers and avoids impacting customers with subsequent bookings.
*T&Cs apply. In-store Makeover services are fully redeemable on your choice of Napoleon Perdis products. A portion of the Mobile Makeup Services fee is redeemable on your choice of Napoleon Perdis products for bookings of one or more people. This offer can only be redeemed on the day of your service and must be to the minimum value of the service price or greater value. Available for all in-store Makeover Services or through our Mobile Makeup services only. Subject to availability. While stock lasts. Bookings essential.
"Includes complimentary lash application". Must be Napoleon Perdis lashes. The Lash Application service is not available on Saturdays.
