NAPOLEON PERDIS "ICON REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM

Eligibility:
Participation in the Icon Rewards Loyalty Program is open to customers who have a registered account on www.napoleonperdis.com and are subscribed to Napoleon Perdis marketing emails. The program is free to join, but members must maintain both an active account and an active subscription to continue earning and redeeming rewards. Please note that Napoleon Perdis staff members and industry members are not eligible to participate in this program.

Earning Points:
Members earn 1 point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible purchases made through www.napoleonperdis.com, calculated after discounts and excluding shipping, gift cards, and taxes. Points are accrued based on whole dollar amounts only (for example, a purchase of $49.95 will earn 49 points). Points are added to your account once your payment is confirmed. All points are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be shared or merged between different accounts. Points may also be revoked for any refunded or cancelled transactions.

Tier Structure & Benefits:
The Icon Rewards program operates on a rolling 12-month tier system, where your status is determined by the total points you earn within the preceding 12 months. There are three tiers:

  • Tier 1 (0–299 points): Tier 1 members receive a bonus points and savings, exclusive offers, a $5 voucher (with minimum spend of $50).

  • Tier 2 (300–599 points): Tier 2 members receive a bonus points and savings, a birthday/anniversary gift, exclusive offers, a $10 voucher (with minimum spend of $75) and an exclusive gift with each tier upgrade.

  • Tier 3 (600-1199 points): Tier 3 members receive a bonus points and savings, a birthday/anniversary gift, exclusive offers, a $20 voucher (with minimum spend of $150), free shipping on orders over $25, and an exclusive gift with each tier upgrade.

  • Tier 4 (1200+ points) Tier 4 members receive a bonus points and savings, a birthday/anniversary gift, exclusive offers and $50 voucher (with minimum spend of $250), free shipping on all orders, access to exclusive makeup tutorials, advice and VIP events, and an exclusive gift with each tier upgrade.

    Tier upgrades take effect immediately upon reaching the required point threshold. Tier status remains valid for 12 months from the date it is achieved, after which requalification is required to retain your tier. Please note that birthday vouchers and special perks are subject to availability and may be subject to additional conditions specified in program communications.

Reward Redemption:
For every 200 points earned, members will automatically receive a $20 reward code, redeemable at www.napoleonperdis.com. Each reward code is single-use and valid for three months from the date of issue. Expired codes cannot be reclaimed or reinstated and are not redeemable at third-party retailers or stockists. Unless otherwise specified, reward codes may be used in conjunction with other promotions.

Expiry:
Points expire 365 days after they are earned if they have not been converted into a reward code. Reward codes expire three months from their date of issue.

Account and Membership Management:
It is each member’s responsibility to keep their account information accurate and up to date. Points and rewards are unique to each account and cannot be combined or transferred. Napoleon Perdis is not responsible for lost points or rewards resulting from account issues, errors, or inactivity.

Changes and Termination:
Napoleon Perdis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Icon Rewards program or its structure at any time. Any updates or significant changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Upon program termination, all unredeemed points and rewards will expire, unless stated otherwise.

Suspension and Fraud:
Points, rewards, and tier benefits may be revoked in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms and conditions. Participation in the program may be suspended or terminated for misuse or suspicious activity.

Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, Napoleon Perdis is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from participation in the loyalty program, including but not limited to technical issues, outages, or the unavailability of rewards or benefits.

Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
