Shipping policy

Our goal is to connect you with your products as soon as possible. Please see below for the standard delivery time frames for your location and delivery option.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Applicable to orders placed within Australia only.

Orders within New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania should expect a 3-5 business day turnaround from order confirmation to delivery. Please allow 4-6 business days for all orders to South Australia and 6-8 business days to Northern Territory and Western Australia.
Please note: during sale periods, your online order may take longer to be shipped due to high demand.

STORE TO DOOR
Where an order is placed with our Store To Door delivery option and the delivery location is within 15km of a Napoleon Perdis concept store, we’ll aim to deliver your order within 90 minutes of your order confirmation notification. We cannot guarantee these timeframes; however, will always strive to meet them. If your order is not delivered within these timeframes, you may request a refund for your delivery fee by emailing experience@napoleonperdis.com. 

NSW STORE TO DOOR DELIVERY UPDATE
Due to the current coronavirus hot spots in NSW, Store To Door delivery in under 2 hours cannot be guaranteed at this point in time. Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics is working hard to meet delivery times; however, orders to affected areas will not be eligible for a shipping refund should the Store To Door delivery exceed 2 hours.


CLICK & COLLECT
Where an order is placed with our Click & Collect delivery option, you will receive an email to confirm your order is available for collection from your nominated store. You can then collect your parcel from this store anytime during store opening hours.

Please note: Click & Collect orders need to be collected within 90 days of ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders placed within the USA should expect a 3-10 business day turnaround, from order confirmation to delivery.

Other international order shipping times will vary depending on the origin of delivery. For accurate delivery times, please visit the designated freight company website (provided on your shipping confirmation email) and enter your order tracking number.

IMPORTANT
To better service you, we may source your items from within our store network when stock is unavailable in our warehouse. In this instance, it is likely your order will arrive on the later end of our estimated delivery window.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all billing and shipping addresses are correct upon placing your order and on the receipt of your confirmation email. Shipping addresses cannot be amended once an order has been processed. 

Please note: Once you have confirmed your online order and received your order number, you are not able to add or make changes to your order. If you decide to place another order and this order does not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged a shipping fee, aligned to your nominated shipping option.
