If you’ve had a change of heart, no worries. As long as your item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you can return it easily.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items purchased with discounts or gift codes are credited based on the amount paid (excluding any gift code value).
- Final sale and free items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be in resaleable condition.

I have received my online order and my product is faulty, what can I do?
Once your order is placed, we can’t make edits or swaps. If you’d like to add something, we recommend placing a new order. Regular shipping rates apply unless you’re eligible for free shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Item? We’re on It.
If your order isn’t quite right — whether it’s damaged in transit or not working as it should — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, once we’ve received the item back.
To start a return for a faulty product:- Email experience@napoleonperdis.com with your order number, product info, and a description of what went wrong (photos help too).
