Napoleon Perdis does not mail out samples by request. When shopping with us online, samples may be made available from time to time. However, we recommend visiting your nearest Napoleon Perdis retailer to try our products with the assistance of a Napoleon Perdis makeup artist. To join the team as a retail makeup expert within one of our retail environments, it is preferable that applicants have previously completed a makeup course or have prior cosmetics and sales experience.

Online Orders And Shipping
Yes, Napoleon Perdis ships worldwide. The cost of international shipping will be calculated at checkout depending on your destination. Please note that customs fees are not included in the shipping price of your order—these are calculated at the shipping destination and are at the customer’s expense.
Orders delivered within Australia that total $50 or more qualify for free shipping, or $10 for all domestic orders under $50. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Yes. Certain items considered hazardous materials (hazmat), including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurised spray cans, brush cleaner, nail polish, etc.), are required by law to be shipped via ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. Please refer to the link in the Customer Care section to view the Dangerous Goods Register.
Once your order has been carefully packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirming the tracking number and the transport service used, enabling you to track your parcel online.
Our goal is to connect you with your Napoleon Perdis products as quickly as possible, and we always strive to exceed your expectations. Orders within Australia placed in NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS generally take 2 to 5 business days from order confirmation to delivery, while orders to South Australia take approximately 4 to 6 days, and those to the Northern Territory and Western Australia take 6 to 8 days. Orders placed within the United States usually take 3 to 10 business days from confirmation to delivery. International shipping times vary depending on the destination, and for accurate delivery timeframes you should visit the designated freight company website provided in your order dispatch confirmation email and enter your tracking number. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all billing and shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order and upon receipt of the confirmation email, as shipping addresses cannot be amended once an order has been processed.
Once you have confirmed your online order and received your order number, you are not able to add to or change your order. If you decide to purchase additional products, a separate order will need to be placed, and if it does not qualify for free shipping, a shipping fee may apply.
Due to recent changes coming into effect with our courier, our shipments to the Canada and the USA have been temporarily paused. This is because our courier is no longer providing a postal tunnel into Canada and the US due to the need to capture duties and taxes and the Canadian postal strike. As a result, we’ve temporarily turned off Canada and the USA as a shipment zone while we review and make adjustments to ensure we can continue serving our Canadian and US customers. We’ll update this online as soon as there are changes to shipping availability.
Animal Testing
Never. Napoleon Perdis products are not tested on animals. We do not condone or support animal testing for cosmetic purposes, nor do we employ anyone to test on our behalf.
Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics is proud of its recent expansion into the APAC market and the opportunity to introduce our prestige products to new beauty enthusiasts. While our products are sold in China, we can confirm they do not and will not undergo any pre- or post-market animal testing. This is possible due to lenient regulations on products sold through e-commerce platforms and shipped via customs-controlled warehouses, rather than through traditional in-store trade channels. Our commitment remains unchanged: Napoleon Perdis products are not tested on animals, and we do not condone or support animal testing for cosmetic purposes.
Product Ingredients
At Napoleon Perdis, every formula is thoughtfully crafted to combine the best of science and nature. You’ll find skin-loving botanicals - like nourishing Australian native plant oils, soothing chamomile and revitalising aloe vera - paired with advanced actives and pigments for results that not only look beautiful but feel beautiful too. If we can replace an ingredient with a plant-based alternative, we will; but only if it performs. We believe makeup should care for your skin as much as it enhances it.
Ingredients used in Napoleon Perdis products can be found on the product packaging (carton) and on our product pages online. If this information is not available on our website for any reason, please contact us and we will be happy to provide it directly.
Many of our products are vegan-friendly, crafted without animal-derived ingredients. In some products, you will find ingredients such as beeswax used for its emollient properties. We’re continually expanding our vegan range, so you can enjoy high-performance beauty with peace of mind. To find out, please contact us with the product names and we will provide you with a prompt response.
Some of our products contain gluten, although most are gluten-free. We do not currently have a comprehensive list of which products contain gluten and which do not, but we are happy to check the gluten status of any product you are interested in or currently using. Please contact us with the product details and we will do our best to respond promptly.
Many of our products are fragrance-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin types. When we do include fragrance, it’s chosen with care - either to enhance the sensory experience or derived from natural sources - always at skin-friendly levels.

Australian Napoleon Perdis gift cards can be used online for Australia-based purchases. You will also have the option to split payment by using a credit card to pay any outstanding amount on the order.

Napoleon Perdis gift cards that have been lost or stolen cannot be replaced or refunded. All conditions surrounding the purchase, use and expiry of Napoleon Perdis gift cards are visible on the reverse side of the card and are also available for viewing in-store.
Napoleon Perdis gift cards and their value expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Once a gift card has expired, any remaining funds are forfeited.
