1. Order processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on the location of your shipping address.Express freight does not guarantee overnight delivery.

2. Delivery details

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct prior to check out. Napoleon Perdis takes no responsibility for delivering to incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

 3. Delivery location

To avoid delays in receiving your order, Napoleon Perdis recommends that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it between 9 am and 5 pm.

PO Box addresses will not be accepted. Napoleon Perdis will not be liable for packages sent to PO Box addresses as all orders require a signature upon delivery.

Each order you place must be shipped to a single address. If you, or your company, require orders to be sent to multiple addresses, you will need to place a separate order per address.

4. International shipping

We ship to most international destinations from our Australian site. Once you select your region you will be advised of the shipping and handling fee. All prices are quoted and charged in Australian Dollars.

Our USA site ships to the USA and North America only, with all prices quoted and charged in US Dollars.

5. Shipping & handling costs

Any orders of $75 AUD or over delivered to an Australian address will receive free shipping. Orders under $75 will incur the following shipping charges:

Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

Express Shipping: $20 AUD

Any orders of $50 USD or over delivered to a US address will receive free shipping. Orders under $50 will incur the following shipping charges:

United States of America (excluding Hawaii and Alaska): $7.50 USD

All other international deliveries (including Hawaii and Alaska): shipping cost will be displayed upon checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Napoleon Perdis does not collect these duties and taxes. If you incur these additional charges, they must be rendered prior to your order clearing customs. You will be contacted by the freight forwarder prior to delivery. Orders delivered to Australia are not subject to duties.

On occasion, free shipping is available with a promotional offer. To ensure you are always notified, please sign up to receive our newsletter.

6. When should I receive my order?

 Our goal is to connect you and your Napoleon Perdis products as soon as possible and we always do our best to exceed your expectations. Please see below for the usual delivery time frames to your location:

Orders within Australia
Orders placed within NSW, VIC, QLD & TAS should expect a 2 to 5 business day turnaround from order confirmation to delivery. If you require your products urgently, please select 'express' in the shipping section. Express shipping, within Australia, should arrive on the next business day.
Please allow 4-6 days for all orders to South Australia and a 6-8 day turnaround Western Australia.

Orders within USA
All orders placed within the United States should expect a 3 to 10 business day turnaround, from order confirmation to delivery. Express orders are processed the same day, if received before 12pm, and are put on a 2 day delivery service.


International orders

 Shipping times will vary depending on the origin of delivery. For accurate delivery times, please go to the courier company website provided and enter your order tracking number.

7. How do I check the status of my online order?

You will automatically receive an email confirmation once you submit your order and provide payment details. This confirmation email will include a summary of your order, quantity of product and a tracking number. We will also provide the details of our courier company.

You will be able to view the status of your order by logging into your account.

8. Adding to an online order after payment

Once you have completed the checkout process your order is complete and extra items cannot be added. Any additional items will need to be placed in a new order which may incur a shipping fee.

9. Hazardous Materials

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, nail polish remover, nail polish etc.) are required by law to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. 10. Do you accept returns for online purchases?

If you would like to return a product, Napoleon Perdis will accept the return. The product must be returned unopened, unused and in its original form. In exchange we will provide a credit that will be valid online only. Napoleon Perdis will not be responsible for return shipping fees.

  1. Go to and complete the enquiry form
  2. Pack product securely
  3. Ship product back with a copy of the order confirmation and receipt.
  4. Include a note with the product that gives a reason for the return

Returning faulty product
Faulty product is identified as product that has arrived to you damaged or unfit for its intended use. If you receive a faulty product, Napoleon Perdis will exchange the product at no extra cost to you.

Faulty Product Return procedure:

  1. Go to and complete the enquiry form
  2. In the comments section, give all details of the faulty product including the product name and shade, online order number and details of product fault.
  3. You will be contacted by one of our friendly customer service team
