"It has taken a month to get here and I still haven't received it while I have watched specials come and go. Not happy this time. Sorry - I love the product but not the service from the beginning when I missed the first of 3 specials because I didn't put the code (I didn't see the code!) in and it couldn't be fixed or cancelled apparently and now this time waiting has been ridiculous."
