2. How do I check the status of my order?
You will automatically receive an email confirmation once you submit your order and provide payment details. This confirmation email will include a summary of your order, quantity of product and a tracking number. We will also provide the details of our courier company.
You will be able to view the status of your order by logging into your account.

3. Can I add to my order?
Once you have completed the checkout process your order is complete. Any additional items will need to be placed in another order where freight may be charged.

4. Do you accept international orders?
Yes. If you are ordering from a country other than Australia, or the United States, you will be automatically directed to the correct website and we will gladly process your order.

5. When should I receive my order?
Orders within Australia All orders placed within Australia should expect a 3 to 5 business day turnaround from order confirmation to delivery.
If you require your products urgently, please select 'express' in the shipping section. Express shipping, within Australia, will arrive on the next business day.
Please allow 4-6 days for all orders to South Australia and a 6-8 day turnaround Western Australia.
Orders within USA All orders placed within the United States should expect a 3 to 5 business day turnaround, from order confirmation to delivery. Express orders are processed the same day, if received before 12pm, and are put on a 2 day delivery service.
International orders Shipping times will vary depending on the origin of delivery. For accurate delivery times, please go to the courier company website provided and enter your order tracking number.

6. Do you accept returns?
If you receive a faulty* product, Napoleon Perdis will exchange the product at no extra cost.
If you would like to return a product, Napoleon Perdis will accept the return. The product must be returned unopened, unused and in its original form. In exchange we will provide a credit that will be valid online only. Napoleon Perdis will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
Return procedure: 1. Pack product securely 2. Ship product back with a copy of the order confirmation and receipt. 3. Include a note with the product that gives a reason for the return and contact our information centre.

7. Can you send me samples?
Selected samples are sent to you with your order. At present, Napoleon Perdis does not have the option of choosing specific samples upon check out.
