Emanuel Perdis is the dynamic Managing Director and co-founder of Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics. As a judicious businessman he has more than proved his mettle: He has overseen and implemented double-digit business growth for the Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics brand year on year for the past fourteen years and been an integral part of the global growth of the brand. As a people-person, he takes pride in having the highest staff retention rates for any business in the retail and cosmetics industry in Australia and currently manages more than 420 staff.

His story begins as the youngest born from a traditional Greek family and Emanuel grew up in the Western suburbs of Sydney. After completing a Bachelors in Business from UWS, his entrepreneurial and creative spirit flourished when, along with his brother Napoleon, the pair established Alpha Omega – a marketing consultancy for boutique retail clients. However, Napoleon’s new-found passion for the beauty biz inspired the brothers to launch Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, and in 1995 the first concept store was opened in Paddington, Sydney. Today Emanuel directs the operations of Australia’s most successful cosmetics brand. Today Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics has 57 stand-alone concept stores and over 4,500 point-of-sale locations in Australia and New Zealand.

An inspiring speaker, Emanuel is passionate about educating young people. This includes providing empowerment and motivation training to not merely staff but Napoleon Perdis customers. He recently pioneered a social outreach program for the company with Ovarian Cancer Australia. The creation of a family cosmetics empire is an intriguing tale in which Emanuel and his brother Napoleon complement each other perfectly. Emanuel’s laser-bright business acumen combined with Napoleon’s entrepreneurial gusto for cosmetics has created one of Australia’s and one of the world’s most formidable makeup brands. Emanuel has a Marketing Degree and is an accredited Counselor from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. He is also a registered Homeopath. Emanuel lives in Sydney with his wife Antonia and their daughter Christiana.
