Napoleon Perdis ships all over the world! The cost of international shipping will be calculated during checkout depending on your destination. Customs Fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the shipping destination and are at the customer’s expense.
Orders being delivered within Australia that come to a total of $75 or more will receive free shipping. Orders within Australia that do not qualify for free shipping, will be charged a shipping fee of $10. International Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, some of our products are vegan. We do not currently have a comprehensive list of which products are vegan and which are not. Some of our products contain gluten although most are gluten free. We do not currently have a comprehensive list of which products contain gluten and which do not. Napoleon Perdis Brush Cleaner is essential in maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of your brushes between each use. Firstly, one or two pumps of Napoleon Perdis Brush Cleaner should be sprayed onto a clean tissue. Following this, you should gently wipe your brush, back and forth, onto the tissue to remove makeup and sanitise. Allow the brush to dry before use. Napoleon Perdis also recommends washing your brushes with a mild shampoo and conditioner once a week (depending on your frequency of use). To do so, follow these 5 simple steps. Dampen brush with water, add a 5 cent piece of hair shampoo and lather the brush hairs only. Rinse the brush hairs under running water. After all lather has cleared, squeeze out any excess water. Repeat the above steps using hair conditioner. Lay each brush flat with bristle end sitting over the bench to dry. Allow 8 – 10 hours drying time.
Napoleon Perdis brushes are made of natural or synthetic hair, or a combination of both. Napoleon Perdis prides itself in providing its customers with quality products and service, in addition to a fair and reasonable returns policy. Should you find fault with your brush please return to your store of purchase with your brush and with your receipt (proof of purchase). Yes, all Reward Credits hold a 6-month validity period from the date that they are added to a Glossy Posse account.
All Reward Points hold a 12 month validity period from the date that they are applied to the Member’s Reward Account. Upon expiry of the 12 month validity period, all applicable Reward Points affected by expiry of the validity period will be forfeited. Reward Points do not accrue for unlimited periods of time.

The Napoleon Perdis Tools of the Trade and Brush Roll are especially designed for use during the Certificate in Fashion, Glamour and Bridal Makeup Artistry course and are a key requirement for all student to have in order to attend the course.
All course students and workshop participants are required to be 16 years and over.
